Under 19s:

 

The Pathway 404 U19 program is designed to strengthen the local clubs by introducing select individuals from the Southeast region to professional training environments. The U-19 team will compete against other MLR and regional academy teams throughout the United States.

Registration is open for Boys and Girls from ages 16-19.

 

What to expect at the Pathway 404 U19 Sessions:

    • Technical and Tactical Rugby Coaching
    • Strength & Conditioning
    • Introduction to Sports Psychology
    • Nutrition Coaching

 

When:

Training will be held Mondays and Wednesdays starting July 13th at 6:30 pm.

All training sessions will be held at Life University.

*Alternate training times will be reviewed starting in August for crossover
athletes depending on how many players are playing Fall sports outside of rugby.

 

Where: Sessions will be held at Life University in Marrietta, Georgia

Training Facilities

Rugby ATL’s headquarters are located in Marietta, GA. The facility houses a state-of the art weight training facility, artificial turf space and athlete treatment center.
