Daemon Torres is from Austin, Texas where he played both football and rugby growing up. He appreciates the collaborative quality of rugby and credits its values to shaping him into a team-oriented person. In 2017, he competed in the USA U20 Rugby team and he’s been with Rugby ATL since 2021. He’s very proud of his Mexican-American heritage and wears his last name on his arm for every game. His family is just as important to him and he sees his parents as his heroes. He also has a weiner dog named Bubba.
