Sean Coughlan is an Irish-American who grew up competing under the umbrella Leinster Rugby. While developing in Ireland, he has impressively won the “Inter Pro” with the Leinster U20’s and also the Leinster School Senior Cup with Blackrock College in 2013.

When the opportunity came to take his game to the next level, Sean jumped at the chance to play for Life University to finish out his collegiate eligibility and capped it off with a 2018 D1A USA Rugby National Championship.

Coughlan played for the Life Men’s Senior team and won the 2019 Senior Men’s Club XV National Championship.
