Rugby ATL Academy’s purpose is to develop people and the game of rugby in the South. At the very core of the franchise’s foundation is the responsibility of developing people and assisting everyone to achieve their highest personal, professional and athletic goals.

Rugby ATL, has committed to using the sport of rugby as its platform for creating positive change in the Southeast region of the United States.

The design of Rugby ATL’s Academy & Foundation is guided by core values that aspire to influence crucial aspects of people development. This aspiration is guided by Rugby ATL’s founding principles of PACE, which stands for People Development, Accountability, Change Creation, and Execution. This well-rounded personal approach will provide systematic and progressive educational initiatives that will ensure everyone is given an opportunity for consistent and long-term development.

Rugby ATL Academy consists of 3 components: the Senior Academy (Selects), U18 Academy and Youth and Community Engagement.
